AGREED, yes they work great. I use something similar in my system. btw, jtwrace, I met you several years ago, at a gathering in Atlanta Ga. (2011) It will be great to get to visit with you again.

It was a great meet. Lots of fun and lots of learning. Guys brought over some electronics that really made my system come alive. Time for more upgrades.

I would really like to host the next event in CLT is possible. I have an enormous amount of Marriott points, but I would like to challenge you guys with my Transcendent Pre running 300b EML Mesh Plates. I think this is a giant killer.

I am in GVL, SC - but next time I can put us up in a suite at the Courtyard or Renaissance.

I have still have my vr4jr's Gen IV as well and can pack them up for the drive.

This weekend sucked - business and family often get in the way.

How much effect does USB cable have on the high frequencies? I'm using a consumer grade USB between SOtM and Vega. Wondering if I should try a upgrade USB cable?

You can and you should, and if I had known I would’ve brought my TWL Discreet USB cable.

But....you should just upgrade to the PS Audio DS with Bridge II running Red Cloud, use the internal pre and be done, done, done

I got all my heatsinks drilled out so it’s time to get back to work...Steve’s drill press cut through like butter and exacting technique is second to none. He is his own personal CNC!
