***SOLD***Von Schweikert VR5 Anniversary Speakers for Sale
Asking $8,000 $7,000 + Shipping

I've moved into a small condo and have to part with these beauties.  They are a unique pair in Macassar Ebony.  When set up properly, their sound can send chills down your spine.  They were an early pair built by Albert in VR-5 SE cabinets.  They are boxed in the original wooden crates and ready to ship.  Original list price was $27K.  I live in Portland and would prefer to find a west coaster (WA/OR/N.CA) who could pick them up...of course, I can ship if necessary.

They are sitting unused, which is a crying shame, so I hope someone wants to make them sing.

I am asking $8,000  $7,000 + shipping, but will sell for the best offer to get them into a good home.

I have a similar pair (finished in Madagascar Ebony) of VR-5 Anni (Mk II for mid-range) and selling for the same reason. The speakers are in perfect shape, were once owned by Mr. Albert himself and are autographed by him. The Von Schweikert speaker cables (Master series, bi-amp version) are part of the deal.
