I have some old stock Phillips Miniwatt tubes made in Holland. These are untested by tube tester but tested in my Musica Bella preamp and high sensitivity speakers for noise. I personally have bought tested tubes before only to find then microphonic in my system. I think tubes tested in audio equipment for noise is a must. These are sold as used since I dont know for certain if they are NOS.

These are very resolute and extended with excellent body.
Philips made tubes for many brands like Amperex, but Philips Miniwatt is the real name. Made in the Heerlan plant in Holland, these tubes are known for their lush, almost liquid midrange. They exhibit a sweet top end and are very 3 dimensional.
I also have a pair of old stock PC88 Siemens Halske made in Germany lettering is mostly worn off. $30 pair
One tube has slight hiss and other is silent. These sound excellent very resolute and probably the best
bass I have ever heard from a tube.
