What's ACI playing in Vegas?

Anyone want to start a little wager on what ACI will be playing in Vegas? Will it be the Jaguar LFM, Panormas and Maestro, Sapphires and Titan, Talismans?

Mike, Check out the "Rockets" thread on AVS ... it has gone from an argument to having a GTG in my home early summer ... I want to keep it to no more than 40 people ... and about 8 are confirmed to date ...

SuperTjoeb 4000
Primaluna Integrated amp, (same one that's on Absolute Sound's cover)
All DH Labs cables

The complete system will be very affordable, probably one of the most affordable on display. And it will sound very good

An integrated amp huh? So I wonder what that means for speakers., I'm going out on a limb and saying Talismans because he woofers are powered and you can show how a modest int amp can still make them sing.

Okay, we've eliminated Talismans. Come on people, if we just start listing them we should eliminate all but the winners! My next shot: Jaguar-LRM. Why? powered EQable woofers, show your best, all that good stuff. Am I right this time?

Sorry, it isn't Jaguar-LFMs, although your logic is pretty good.

Texamp:

You're a bit closer. There will be a sub, but not the Maestro. A smaller sub . . . setup so that we can run the system with or without it to offer listeners two choices. Because we're running an integrated amp, there will be no highpass filtering of the mains. We'll run them full range and just use the sub for the bottom octave fill-in. The mains are not Panoramas, they're smaller

Well it isn't Talismans, nor Jaguar LFMs. There will be a sub, smaller than the Maestro, so a Titan or a Force. And the speakers are smaller than Panorama, so I guess we're talking Sapphires or Emeralds?

Sorry for the delay in reply. Five days without email or internet, a new record! You're getting it narrowed down rather well. I can tell you this, the sub will be a Force. This system will be rigged so we can demo with or without the Force on. The mains will be . . . . .

people are loving the speakers!

Sounds like it's a very exciting time and ACI is also exhibiting
speakers with Bow Technologies from Denmark.

Can't wait to get the full scoop when Mike gets back...
