So, has anybody yet sat through all of the extended cuts in one sitting?

I'm giving thought to doing such a thing this Sunday.

Is everything available in a single package, or do you have to buy all three separate.

Can you buy the extended versions without the extraneous "stuff" models, figurines....

I've thought about it, but great as they are, watching all three Xtended Ed's back to back to back would be a test of endurance! :o     One each nite for 3 days might be more practical.  Or 1 & 1/2 per nite.

Yeah, you can buy the 3 extended editions in one set.

You can also buy each one individually with or without the "extraneous "stuff" models, figurines...."

I agree. I think my back would break by the time the Two Towers starts.

Imagine trying to fight all the Urakai at Helms Deep!  :bawl:
That would be insane.  :duel:

Well, I've certainly sat in theaters all day long before watching 5 movies in one day. But that's a little different than watching what's basically one single movie that's over 11 hours long...

My copy of LOTROK extended is still shrink wrapped, last week I watched the general release, I want to make some changes in my HT rig before I watch the extended version.  I watched the first two extended versions in one sitting...I mean not together but one at a time, months apart.
Last month(year) I watched about 5hours of 24 season2 in one sitting.

At least one flatmate and I plan to do this soon.  We would have done it sooner but he had to go on a training trip.  I think it will be done though in the next two weeks though. I'll let you know how it goes.
