For sale is an Eastern Electric M520 tube integrated amp. It has remote-switchable pentode or ultralinear operation for 24/18wpc of Class A push/pull power. Features three position adjustable negative feedback, a switched preamp input, four line level inputs, one tape out and remote volume and input switching. The amp is tube rectified with one GZ34, EF86, 12AU7 and two EL34’s per channel. The output transformers are ultra-premium Japanese and the windings are done in China by a team with more than 20 years of experience. It is a solid 58 lbs.
The amp is very flexible – the pentode/ultralinear and feedback switches can be operated while the amp is playing making it easy to determine what suits your system best. Like most tube amps it sounds WAY more powerful than the numbers suggest.
