I currently have a Virtual Dynamics pc hooked up to my Music Hall cdp, but I would like to upgrade and move the VD to my amp. Any suggestions for a better pc at a good price, maybe one designed specifically for digital?

I would like to recommend cordage by TG audio. I am using thr SLVR on most of my components and the 688 on my DIP. Bob crump makes wonderful cords

I would suggest based on the price you can afford:
VenHaus Flavor 2 or 4
Bolder Nitro
Volex

If you want a good digital cord, a Bolder Nitro w/Furutech Rhodium plugs and full Bybees (hot/neutral/ground) is excellent. But, that's getting a bit spendy. At the very least the Furutech Rhodium plugs on a Bolder Nitro works quite well on digital (or anything else that doesn't draw massive amounts of current).

The Furutech plugs are very, very tight fitting (the best I've seen). And the better the connection on power plugs, the less micro-arcing that occurs. The more that micro-acring is reduced, then less HF interference is introduced into the power. And HF interference is particularly noticeable when removed from digital & video signals.

Shhh!  You'll make him raise his prices.     Actually both Chris and Wayne offer fabulous performance at very modest prices.  The Nitro's are probably more underrated IMO but the difference is slim.
