The two mini XLR/12V cables have a 3.5mm x 1.3mm pin termination; I'm not sure about the pin sizes on the others.
Shipping within the continental USA will be a flat $15, and I will absorb the Paypal fee.
Not included is the accessory bag mentioned in the product description on the manufacturer's web site, or the actual car battery.
