I got this last week from Agon and it improved the sound and video so much that I could not really think about parting with the unit. My system sounded like a new system to me and I thought I was imagining things, so I bought an entech device to measure the power noise with and without Furman. The noise level dropped from 117.7 to 5.5. Thats more than 95% drop in the noise level. Please see the attached pics which shows these readings.

There's only one huge problem, since its heavy (83lbs) and my rack is all glass in our living room, it is placed on the floor in front of the rack. My wife has given me ultimatum since its an eye sore lying on the floor(I agree with her). I want to keep her happy since she is supportive of my hobbies.

Anyways, this is Furman's best and current product. The guy who designed it now works for Audioquest and they have a competing product called Niagara  which is twice it's retail price. There're many good discussions about Furman Ref 20i on Audiogon Forums as well.

Here're some informative videos about the product from Garth Powell (the guy who was hired by AudioQuest).
