I just booked...  Marriott Grp Rate is $106/night btw.

Wife and I are going.  We just happen to be vacationing in Boulder during that time.  I will be there on Friday from 12pm to closing.

I'll be there as well.  I see that there are currently still rooms available at the Denver Tech Center Marriott.   In years past those rooms would have been booked by now.
