I bought this brand new last August and still in excellent condition. It is the newer updated "pro" model. I've completed cleaning my modest collection of 142 LP's (roughly half NEW) and I have decided to sell to fund another purchase. It is working flawlessly and comes with everything that came with it minus one bottle of solution (the other included). The protective plastic is still on most of protected parts (see pics).
