Hello all!  Long time lurker here.  I have a modest stereo that I have been putting together here and there.  Lately I've gotten the OK from my wife to get a new piece of equipment and I've been doing a little research.
My other hobby is playing guitar.

Hi.  I have a Fender jazz I slap around on occasionally, sadly I've had it long enough to be pretty good but haven't devoted enough tim to get there :)

Hello everybody!
I've been a long time lurker on AudioCircle and really enjoy the people on this forum.
I'm a long time audiophile with a modest system and a tight wallet.
In the 90s I had a series of nice car audio systems installed at various independent stereo shops.  Some of these car audio shops also sold high end home stereo equipment.  So while waiting for the latest head-unit to get installed in my mini-truck I got hooked on home stereo equipment.
My system consists of Vandersteen 3A Sig speakers, Emotiva XPA-2 amp, ARCAM AVR (acting as preamp), SVS 10" sub, Music Hall MMF 5.1 turntable, Phonomena II turntable amp, and various cables from different manufacturers.
Half of my system I picked up used and the rest I bought on sale.
I tend to keep stuff for a long time once I add it into my system.
I look forward to hanging-out here.
