I have speakers based on the following design by Bill Waslo:

http://libinst.com/SEOS/SEOS15/SEOS1...5%20design.pdf

These are excellent 2-way speakers and they play flat to about 45hz. With room gain, much lower.

They are very similar to the Fusion Sentinal Speaker by DIYSoundGroup - expect with a much higher quality TD15M driver by Acoustic Elegance.

Parts, including wood, cost me $1,150.

I'm asking $850. I just don't think you can get similar performance anywhere near that price.

They were constructed with 3/4 Baltic birch. I did not apply a finish - so the new owner can stain/finish to their liking.

If you are not local, I may be able to ship the parts.

That TD15M driver is one of the best money can buy!

Sorry Mark,

My zipcode is 20817.

I'm in the Maryland (MD), Washington DC (DC), and Virgina (VA) area - right where the three meet. I'm guessing most people, not from this area, would not find the "MD/DC/VA" description in the title helpful. I received the same question on another forum. I have to remember that going forward.

These truly are wonderful speakers. We converted our listening room to Home Theater and these got moved upstairs in our family room. It's not an ideal place for them - thus the sale.

Similar breed of speakers on the non-diy side would be the Klipsch Heritage series (i.e., Heresy, Cornwall, LaScala, Khorn). I feel the SEOS speakers to be night and day above the aforementioned speakers - and can be had at a fraction the cost.

I was afraid of that!

If you plan a trip to the Dallas area, I will take them!
