This really a digital amp, or just a "regular" amp with a built in DAC?

From the description on the Jungson site, it sounds like a HT integrated amp....decoding capability, source selection, etc....

sorry to take this a bit off-topic, but unless ya paid less that $100, you would get a *lot* better sound quality for your money, if you bought a vintage tuner.   i recently sold an old philips 186 for <$100, that i would put up against *any* tuner presently made at *any* price, for sonics...

i have 3 vintage tuners already-sansui,t80,tu317 and a tu888.
only problem is none have a remote control-also they are getting old and should have caps replaced.

so i bought a new tuna with remote.mine is also a one off, it has a polished stainless steel face plate with black case.some times eye candy wins

cool; enjoy.  if yure looking for a remote/control tuna that has excellent sonics, keep yer eyes peeled for a revox b261...   also, go the the fmtunerinfo.com site & search "remote" for other excellent suggestions of tuna that will likely rival your other source components for sonics, assuming you have a quality broadcast awailable.
