Sold-Philips metal base 5ar4

Tube is branded Adzam I bought it NOS several years ago. Used it for a short time about 2 months then sold the amp. Has been in my closet since.  400 obo.  Date code looks like

400 what? I may have interest if its ¥400 yens, if its $, € or £ not.
