What crossover orders have drivers connected in phase?

What crossover orders have drivers connected in phase?

Can anyone advise, for a 3-way system, whether the following crossover arrangements would have the 3 drivers connected in phase:

*  18/12dB for base/mid & 18/12dB for mid/tweeter?

*  18/18dB for both crossovers?
