I used to have a 10A quite a few years ago too.  I used it to initially drive my Atma-Sphere MA-2 Mk. 2.3 mono's before I upgraded to the matching AS MP-1 pre.  The 10A was a very nice sounding pre.  You got that one for a steal.

The designer/builder (Steve) is only 80 miles from me.

A lot of folks have no idea how good the SAS 10A is. it is not just a great preamp for the money, the 10A is a great preamp period !

Oh my opnly bafld. I cannot believe the price. Thanks for coming over and having me check it out. Nearly 14 years old and still works like new. Not even a hint of a problem. The tubes are still good, so unless someone replaced them, got lots of hours and still sounds wonderful. Of course, I never see them, so good to see one again to check out.

The web page is still up so individuals can see the specs and reviews on used components. I am retired for 5 years. Almost wish I could get back into production again. This is one of the best line preamplifiers, regardless of cost, on the planet, period. If quieter tubes are needed, there is the new Telefunken E88CC made by JJ. The tube is absolutely dead quiet, cryod, and works great.
