Hello from 1956
« on: 4 Jun 2017, 10:24 pm »
Hi Everyone,

March 5 1956, just after my 16th birthday, got my Connecticut "working papers" and started work as "Transmitter Engineer" at WELI, New Haven. The entire station, from microphone preamps to 833A final amplifiers and 833A modulators was vacuum tubes.

I still have a few tubes.

Regards, Terry King

  • To whom more was given more will be required.
    • Never go to a psychiatrist, adopt a straycat or dog. On the street they live only two years average.
