Threshold FET 1 Series 2 Preamp vs Fet 2 Series 2 preamp

Any experts on these 2 vintage preamps, the 1 was $2300 new vs $1300 for the 2. Is the Fet 1 worth the  extra $300to 400 comparef to the 2 on the used market? What has the best MC phono section.
Any advice Appreciated
