The Eastern Electric MiniMax phono preamplifier is a stunner. I've read the various reviews of the Eastern Electric products and gathered that they are very good for the money. And that's pretty much what I expected....What I didn't expect was that it would be as good as it really is. As I said earlier, I don't imagine that many owners of the MiniMax will spend much time dreaming of upgrading to more expensive phono stages. The MiniMax looks wonderful, sounds even better and is very nicely built.
The tube compliment is a 6X4 Raytheon and all 3 12AX7's are Psvanes - great sounding tubes. Asking $950 OBO with buyer to pay shipping and paypal fees if using paypal.
