Both the above links are identical.Besides, it says only 220 - 240 voltage. Not very useful here in the states. And where do you see the price?

If you want Vintage, I have 2 Eico AF4 . I restored them faithfully to manufacture schematic. It destroys my friend Decware Zen single ended with UFO transformer, Jupiter Copper Caps, and Jensen Balanced output transformer. I brought the amp to my friend house and hooked up to his 2016 model Zu Supreme speakers. They are 4 watts single ended integrated amp. If you are interested, please let me know.
Scroll down for the price:
There are some great deals there...just add for a tranny. Are those really the true Line Magnetic amps?
Its now in offer in HK just $698:http://www.cattylink.com/lm217ia.htmlOr a Ming-Da KT90 by $545 very useful 18W:http://www.cattylink.com/lm217ia.html
Never deal with Cattylink, their low price is too good to be true. No chinese audio manufacturer has sold a item to them.
