I own these speakers and can vouch for their quality.  The Series III was revoiced by Kevin Voecks and he later redesigned the Series IV in a new cabinet reflecting a more modern design before moving on to Revel.  The Type E is unique in that it has a rear firing tweeter for ambience that works quite well.  A full range speaker with a beautiful tone and excellent imaging, recommended for anyone in the market.

I had the EIV's in black....sold them a few years ago.....they have a unique sound that is hard to recapture these days...Gl selling them
