Closet cleaning sales....

I have a bunch of stuff that may be of interest  to some local folks, as well as some demo stuff that I'd like to clear out.

I'm obviously under price advertising restrictions from some manufacturers.  So contact me if you are really interested in specific prices.

1)  SOLD!! Thanks!!

2)  SOLD!!  Thanks!!

3) SOLD!! Thanks!!

4) SOLD!!  Thanks!!

5) SOLD!!  Thanks!!

6) SOLD!!  Thanks!!

7) All SOLD.  Thanks!

8)  SOLD!!  Thanks!!

I also have a number of demo and open box Usher speakers, as well as new sealed Usher models for anyone interested.  This stuff is spectacularly good for home theater or mid level 2 channel systems.

Let me know if anything interests you.  Theres more here, but that list should get things started....

Open box item. Our favorite customer friend again..... not only did he take up 150 hours of my time and stick me with all this open box stuff, but he then found exactly what he was looking for by demoing with me and then returned it so he could buy it cheaper on audiogon.....

You know, 150 hours is more than 6 days.  And if someone took that much of my time, and didn't buy anything, she'd better be a real special girl   , or that's legal grounds for dealing out an ass whippin'.  :bawl:

I'm aware of how long it is.... over the course of 8 months, repetitive phone calls that stretch for hours on end, hours of in home demo time, questions, questions, questions, going the extra mile to get specific products the person was interested in..... at the end of it, after the audiogon incident, I came extremely close to reaming the guy....  there's being helpful to someone and providing customer service, and then there is being taken advantage of.... lessons learned for future customers....

I wouldn't mind a PM also. These type of customers are small in numbers but  take up more of our available time than 10 serious customers. We are all taken advantage of from time to time and that just goes with the teritory but some take it too far.

I spent 4-5 months talking with a customer helping him put together the perfect system for "him" and even recommended a few products that I don't even carry only to find out he went through Audiogon for everything. At least your custmer thanked you for your time. My last phone call from him was to ask what tubes I would recommend for his new AudioGon system. I politely gave him my thoughtful recommendations and I haven't heard from him since.

You have a PM.

You know it wouldn't be so bad if the strangers or lookey-loo's were the ones who took advantage.

It's the people you know who seem to forget that you are running a business and not a charity.

Glad that you seem to have made it through the holiday season with your humor intact.

Everyone,

I finally have photos of the subwoofers.  My digital camera has not been cooperating with me (I think it's mostly operator error.... kind of embarassing that I can't point and shoot worth a damn).

Anyways, send me your email address via PM or email me at sales@hometheaterdoc.com if you would like copies of them.

I've got the Peerless sub and then a custom "end table" sub made from 1.5 inch thick MDF veneered with cherry, extensive bracing, 3/4 inch solid cherry top, 3/4 inch solid cherry legs, Peerless XLS sub and matching passive radiator and one of the stoutest and best sounding plate amps on the market today.  Very, very good sub that comes in at ~ 200 pounds when loaded up.  It's insanely overbuilt....
