Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm the new guy and really enjoy music, well most types that is.  I am working toward putting together some equipment that will help me enjoy it even more, so that said I will be doing quite a bit of browsing and maybe a bit of a pest with questions as I try to become more informed on my journey.  So thanks in advance and looking forward to it!!

Great intro and attitude.

Most of us are pretty serious (many would say seriously sick), but the good news is there's never been a better time to get into audio.  Traditional approaches (vinyl and tubes) are all around but at the same time you can go high tech.  Compactness and convenience options are abundant.  And quality per dollar (on the digital front and at the reasonable end of the scale) has never been higher.
