I'm the original owner of this Class D Audio SDS 254 (125 wpc into 8 ohms).  It is built using an SMPS power supply rather than the analog supply commonly sold by Class D Audio.  The unit is housed in a very homely aluminum chassis.  I inserted fixed Vishay naked foil resistors on inputs rather than using the supplied pots as I found this sounded significantly better.  Otherwise, the unit is stock / original, and the pots supplied by Class D are included.  Simple push button on-off switch on the front, and a female IEC AC inlet on the back along with the RCA inputs and speaker terminal outputs.  Works great and sounds quite good.  Note that there is no on-off led to indicate the status of the amp as you can see through the vent holes in the top of the chassis and spot the yellow or blue on-off leds built into the board.  The unit sounds better if it has been plugged in for a while (seems to need to warm up, and is doing so even when switched off), and it runs warm (contrary to what I expected) when in use. No original box, but will be carefully packed and shipped.  Asking $190 plus actual cost of shipping in CONUS.
