I am the original owner of this Panasonic receiver which gained some notoriety in it's day for using digital amplification (directly).  It is a modestly powered surround sound unit that sounds pretty good as a stereo amp.  Please note that this receiver can accept digital signals via SPDIF coax or toslink optical, but not USB, and I have no idea what it would do with high resolution formats (plays CD based 16 bit data nicely).  Unit shows minor wear and such for it's age, but is quite presentable and everything works as it should.  Please also note that this unit will not have any luck decoding the most recent surround formats.  I always used it in stereo.  Comes with original box, manual, remote and power cord. Asking $75 plus actual shipping costs within CONUS.
