If I'm reading it correctly the amp digitizes the analog inputs, something I'm not fond of.  Otherwise looks very interesting.  Did I miss the price?

I think the price is TBA. I'm not a fan of adding another D/A conversion cycle to the signal path either, but they do offer an engineering rationale for it.

The price for the entire system, which includes headphones and USB DAC/Energizer, is $4,995 in the US and £4,595 in the UK. Pricing in Japan has yet to be finalized pending the choice of distributor.
