ONLY selling due to an upgrade to Louis' new Omega Super Alnico HO monitors, so I am offering these up for a quick sale.

I am the original and only owner, bought about 18 mos. ago.

They are really in the exact same condition as I got them from Louis, see the pics. Love them so much that I am staying the in the family. These speakers have transformed my system and what I thought is possible in audio. Fantastic imaging, intoxicating midrange, super dynamic, real tone, etc, etc. See for yourself!

Level 1 finish in a nifty Graphite Tweed.

Will ship in the original packaging, and local pickup is always welcomed and preferred!  I have perfect feedback on A-gon (1markr), eBay (also 1markr), and USAudioMart (you guessed it, 1markr).

I have been looking hard at a pair of Omega speakers.  I was thinking of the Super 3HO.  How do you think this speaker compares to those?

"Small" is not how I would describe the SAM.  It is 11"w x 14"d x 20"h and has a volume of about 35 liters.  It is actually a bigger speaker than the Super 7XRS Mk2, albeit a different shape.

How far away from the wall do they sit optimally?  What would shipping be to NYC (11217)?  What is their efficiency?

Hey Sfox, they ship in two 30lb. cartons.  From Chgo to NY, we are looking at around $90-$100.

They are rated at 95db.  I have them about 28-29" from the back of the speaker to the wall, which seems to suit them just fine.
