I can help and I am in Vienna.  After using all kinds of protractor/disk/tools, I am settled on using Feickert Universal Protractor.  Life is so much easier with this thing.  Accurate digital scale helps too.  Do you have a azimuth adjust?  I f not, you may have to us shims.

Hi guys, I am In Gainesville.  I have a VPI Scout Jr.  The 2M Red is installed now and I want to buy a Dynavector 10 X 5

I don't have the time to look it up but check the spec and see if your 10x5 compliance and weight is similar to that of 2M Red.  I can't find any information on the arm that comes with your Scout Jr.  So if 2M Red packaged works with that arm, any cartridge with similar weight and compliance would work with your arm.  I am assuming VPI wouldn't have matched a wrong cart to the arm in the first place.
