What can I tell you, Wendell is the person questions get referred to and he says that the telephone works best to help provide the answers.

I have replied to Juan. Magnepan seem to have some problems with handling customers right now. The person replacing Shelia got ill. It is a small Company. For us living outside the US, E-Mail is possible but Magnepan want to keep it secreet.
