You don't see these for sale very frequently! And for good reason. This is an amazing turntable with technology that's not been put into turntables since it was made (it came out just before CDs really took hold of the market). It's the PS-X800 linear turntable!! Has the remarkable Biotracer tonearm that self-balances, lowers the resonant peak by 3db, and does anti-skating automatically. Fully automatic so playback is a breeze. Sound quality-wise it'll kill tables costing multiples of its price.
The table is in beautiful shape (I can't find any noticeable cosmetic issues) including the dustcover.
Functionally, I had a full check-up and calibration done by the acclaimed Professor Bizzt (look him up - he's the expert on this table). Cost to me was ~$600 not including shipping. He checked through everything, fixed any issues, and calibrated it to factory spec so it works like it should.
Included is the original 45 adapter plus custom arm counterweights. You can pretty much use any cartridge wtih the table. I have it currently set up with a Denon DL-301 II and its a GREAT combination. I can include the cartridge for another $200 if interested. Has <15 hours on it.
