Hello all,
I've been lurking for a while. Worked for some years as a teenage doing home theater, whole house audio, and custom speaker builds back in the mid 90s. I was just the hired labor (my boss was the audiophile and did all the design). Now I'm grown and finally have the means to revisit my interest in audio/hi-fi. I love DIY (even though you end up spending way more in time/effort/and realistically in cash too) for woodworking/building/design. Looking to start some DIY audio projects both for music and possibly for home theater. I like the look and specs I'm seeing of the dipole/open baffle designs... Thanks in to all those who share on these forums. Your collective wealth of knowledge and experience is invaluable.
