Any other Cambridge CXN owners? Especially who have Android devices as well?

Hi there, I've had a Cambridge CXN streamer/preamp for awhile now. Overall I've been pretty pleased with it. I've used Lumin on an iPad to control it mostly (very good), and some Airplay via iTunes on a Mac (also very good/easy to use). My family has become interested in listening to the stereo recently, which is great! But, we've got Android phones and they're the most likely thing anyone will use to control it. Music files are stored on a NAS running Minimserver and Bubble UPNP server.

Does anyone else control their CXN with an Android phone/tablet? I have been pretty disappointed in the options so far. Bubble UPNP is always recommended, but the volume control doesn't seem to work for us. I know there's a remote...and a knob on the box...but again trying to make this simple for the family. Cambridge Connect volume works great, but the app is kind of a joke. You can't search(!), can't make/save playlists, etc.

Thanks,
Eric
