US Digital vs. V. Inc. HDTV Receivers

I recently purchased a Pioneer SD-533HD5 projection T.V. and I'm trying to decide between two inexpensive HDTV boxes: US Digital and V. Inc. HD1. Dos anyone have any experience with these two boxes?
