Proceed was acquired by Harmon International and has been rumored to be the test bed for design considerations for the Mark Levinson line that Harmon owns. This is a beast of an SS amp that is also refined and delicate. Low noise floor, images well, gets subtle detail right, and capable of big dynamic swings. Dual mono design, with a separate power transformer for each channel. XLR and RCA inputs, bridgeable, and 4 speaker binding posts to bi wire. 150 WPC into 8 ohms and 250 WPC into 4 ohms.
No issues, amp functions as it should and sounds great. Ran my bass drivers on my Hawthorne speakers, and have used it full range on my new speakers. The only significant flaw on this amp is where the finish has been rubbed off by the previous owner. There are no dents or damage to the case, so it can be refinished easily. But that is why the price is so affordable on this amp, as they normally sell between $750 and $1000 on the used market.

plus actual shipping cost At this price I will pick up the shipping cost. This is a chunky amplifier at 50 pounds unboxed. The shipping cost is not a small amount of cash.
