Absolutely fantastic condition with low hours.  Comes with the original box and manual as pictured!

I suppose tubes are two 6BQ5 outputs and one 12AX7.
Per chance it is 220V?

It uses 2 x 6BQ5's and 1 x 12AX7.  I added a couple pics of the heavy duty 120V power transformer.
