I'm so sorry. For some reason I missed your post.

The company is Speaker Repair Pros in Garden Grove, CA. If I remember correctly, he told me that Wilson itself sends him most of their repair requests.

So I just refoamed my Focal T 120 tweeters , it really was not that difficult. Just be careful when disassembling the coil wires. Video on YouTube. Before and after pictures.
They actually worked before I re- foamed them, but I’m sure there working better now.
