Used this as a preamp in my home theater for about five years with zero issues, replaced it with a 3D capable unit. Its always been in a smoke free environment. The only amplifier channels that were used were the rear surrounds, all other channels in the 7.2 setup were powered by external amps, so the amp portion of the receiver has been lightly used. Comes with the accessories shown in the picture (remote, fm antenna, optimizer mic, manual). Boxed up and ready to ship in original double box it was received in when purchased new.
