Near MINT ModWright LS100, not a mark on it.
I am the second owner of this preamp. The original owner had the optional phono installed but removed it prior to my purchasing the unit. If you look closely at the rear picture you can see the phono option back plate with holes where the RCA connections would have been. I assume the production units have a plate without the holes so I wanted to bring this to your attention in case it bothers you. I didn't worry about it so I didn't bother replacing it.
Also to note: The first two pictures are re-used from the advertisement posted when I purchased the unit. They are of course pictures of the actual unit for sale here but I wanted to mention it. The third picture is from my listening room where the preamp is currently installed.
The unit will come with the Russian tubes I recieved with it and your choice of one pair of premium 6SN7's:
1940's Sylvania VT-231
RCA 5962 Red Base
1960's Sylvania GTB (labeled Rogers)
Newer production Japanese labeled RTT
