They are new, 1877phono Highlands mk2 cables - I only removed them from packaging to test them out.
The cable is a vast improvement over my old configuration and sounds better than I could have imagined. Basically I was a cable skeptic until I tried these, so I went a little nuts and bought a bunch more with the intention of making up some headphone cables and interconnects. But plans change and I'd rather invest elsewhere in my system.
