IPA, and nothing "Wheat".
I've eaten half the beef ribs. The wife and I agree, these are the best I've ever made. You two should hurry. I'm consuming the IPA I have on hand for both "personal" reasons, and for the overall wellbeing of the brisket. I'm going for what's called "The Texas Crutch" (which I've
never performed), and that uses some beer, in this case.
