Really nice sound from this set up.  I've used this system with Sonus Faber minuetto, Rogers LS2, Acoustic Energy Aegis One and other speaker models.  It's the real deal, clearly worthy of the "reference" name it wears.

There are a few blems,  primarily on the CD player -  however, the system is "presentable" and then some.
Digital (optical) out on the CD player/changer , and MM Phono support on the Integrated amp so , YES to Vinyl and YES to connecting the CD Player to your DAC.

Oh wow, beautiful!  Some of my favorite components in the world, I have two AG-H550 receivers, one in the office, one in our master, and they sound lovely.  If you happen to split them, let me know, I've always wanted to try the AG-H500.  No worries if you want to keep them together, that is a more than solid price for the whole set.  Good luck!
