Received the plug. Looks brand new. Had to finagle it into the outlet box but finally got it seated by using much smaller wire caps. This thing definitely works, everything seems MUCH clearer, more dynamic. I must admit that it sits in front of multiple piggy backed power filter/conditioners which I believe  contribute more to the whole than the sum of my scenario. I want to give you glowing feedback and will do so once I remember how. Your reciprocation would be greatly appreciated...Thanx again, Jeff "MOONCRIKIT"
