Went to see Jason Bourne tonight.. While it was a decent movie, for me it was
just the same old same old.. I think that story line has already ran it’s course..

Ever since meeting Julia Stiles at my nephew's wedding I've had a soft spot in my heart for the franchise.  I loved the books, but must admit I've only seen a couple of the films.

Watched this over the weekend.

A fan of the series for sure, though I was not that thrilled with the one that did not have Matt Damon in it, or Paul Greengrass directing.

I would agree that this installment felt a lot like the original, though that for me was a good thing.  I don't think it was an amazing movie, but if you like the series, you will like the film.

Good car chase/action flick for sure.

It was safe and they stuck to what worked.

This was by far, the worst Matt Damon Bourne I have seen yet. The camera acrobatics, while I do know are commonplace in the Bourne movies, were insane and I couldn't follow the action scenes at all. They tried way too hard on this one.

I guess it worked much better for me.  I enjoyed it quite a bit.  Not the best but I really like Damon's performance as Bourne.

As others have said, it wasn't a bad movie, but it was, like Episode 7, noting more than the same story told in the same way, but with a few new faces. Though still the same old faces.

I loved it. It had a lengthy car chase with a lot of destruction. As someone who thinks the world is being swallowed by automobiles, it was great to see so many of them destroyed.  ;)

If you're looking for a plot that makes sense, IMO you're at the wrong movie. Try Pride and Prejudice  ;)
