Selling high end equipment from storage
« on: 6 Jul 2016, 01:42 am »
I just joined the site and am amazed at the content. I am an old audiophile from the 50's and 60's and plan to sell my equipment that I have had in storage for years.

We're listening.

Stuff like Dynaco amps and Thorens TTs still fetch a fair chunk of change.  But often the real cost is in fixing them up unless you're quite handy.

  • To whom more was given more will be required.

All the electrolytics will need to be redone, but beyond that, you are probably ok.  Many of the old tube amps command big prices.
