I have owned VR-4jr MK II & MK III pairs for long enough to enjoy them deeply.
I have progressed through various pre amp and amps looking for accurate representation of acoustic piano as part of accurate music.
I think I am about there with a class A preamp and mono blocks.
Before my most recent work tour overseas I was moving towards upgrade to MK IV on one pair of 4jr's.
Seems some has happened since I left in November.
For those who have completed the MK IV upgrade what are your thoughts? Is the upgrade still available with the seeming merger having occurred?
