As the article shows it takes about 12 minutes for any designer or reviewer who should be let near a $450 tweeter to detect the difference between a true Be tweeter vs. fake.

The quick tell is the fake will resonate with the typical aluminum dome oil can breakup mode at ~25k.  The real Be will respond with that breakup mode +35k. Like this:
