Hello friends
I wanted to know, how to get in touch, with,"Decware", to ask advice, about what would the best STU, to suite my cartridge, not to be criticized about my spelling!!, some people like me left school, with out a education, I know you mean well, hoping some one out there can help, with connecting, to the above, or better still, has anyone out there have a second hand, unit for sale!!
Many Thanks

Steve Deckert is hard to reach via email.  I tried that approach and gave up.  I found calling the better approach, although once I had to have him call back and once I got lucky and he was available.  I'm not sure what time in Australia you'd have to try to get him during US working hours.  On the phone he will spend as much time as you need and is great to talk to.

You can also post questions to the ZP3 forum.  Users are more than willing to share their experiences and are usually quite informed.

As to looking for a used ZP3, you could try the online forum on the web site.  There is a buy/sell forum, albeit most are selling.  If you post a wanted - ZP3 with sut, you never know, it might strike gold.

I have heard the ZP3 and it is quite good.  I would order one myself if I didn't already have a good alternative.

Edit:  I just saw this on the Decware site, instructions on email/contacting:  http://www.decware.com/cgi-bin/yabb22/YaBB.pl?virboard=ZMA;num=1456877344
