I sure don't want to spoil this topic,
however, if some AudioCircle members are on a budget like me
and are living in hell (Saigon it's the same...) where the thermometer in my listening room
never goes under 30C even with the (Noisy) air conditionner this is a C&C solution.
One inexpensive 220V. oscilating fan set on low setting and powered by a step down transformer.
It will run very slow, therefore will be so quiet that even close to it you won't hear it
and it will still give enough air to cool down my Decware SE84C+
Previously without a fan it was getting extremely hot and even if it's designed to run hot,
I just didn't like to see it auto incinerate itself.

.... And this is what I use to keep my Jupiter caps and other innards very cool, while my Almarro is making  smoking hot music! Also serves as the amp stand...

I used these folks and recommend them.  I have an amp that runs A/B but I can switch to full time Class A.

For my situation, instead of buying a device to sit above/below the amp, I found 4 very quiet small fans, along with their Programmable Controller (Heat Sensor). With this setup I turn fans on and off depending on the temperature measured just above the amp.

Controller:  http://www.coolerguys.com/840556090885.html

Looking at front of Amp:  Two fans are located to the left side of the amp, and just above the top, these two blow left to right.  Then I have a pair on the right side of the amp and these blow (suck) left to right.  This way the heat is not blown/sucked above or below the amp, but moved away to the side.

I used the raised metal plate from cooler guys but added noctua fans and the highest inline resistor so it spins slower.  Keeps my halo and 3009 both a/b cool.
