I have not used these in 5-6 months and feel they need a new home. I have gotten ride of all my high efficiency speakers and am liquidating my low watt tube amps. Running monitors and solid state gear now that I have 2 little ones and a smaller listening space!
These are Dignity Audio SE 2a3 monobloc's bought from the dealer on Audiogon by me. They are 3.5-4 watts per side. The amps do not need a preamplifier with the volume control on the front, personally I never used a preamp with them. They have a 4,8,16 ohm tap on the back to work with different types of speakers. They have great tone and have bested all my other tube gear. the 2a3's are golden lions and the preamplifier section have some vintage RCA's
They are not dead silent, there is a little audible hum from 1-2ft on my 96db and 98db speakers like many tube amps. I plug straight into the wall with no power filtering.
on Audiogon they were listed for $1400, selling for $500 for the pair. I have original boxes. I use paypal. I will cover shipping.
